1、對你來說，目前最重要的是什麼？

2、如果已經有最重要的事物，那你一天花多少時間在這上面？

3、如果已經有在進行，那你能否檢驗它的效果？

4、如果可以檢驗它的效果，那你對它滿意嗎？它是否還有改進的空間？
